Program Name

Tax Preparation Appointment Confirmations and Reminders SMS Program

Program Description

This SMS program is operated by RP Associates / Fortuna Tax & Advisory Corp to send appointment confirmations and reminders to clients who have booked tax preparation services. By providing your phone number and booking an appointment, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your appointment.

This is a transactional messaging program. Messages are sent to confirm appointments and remind you of upcoming appointments. This is not a marketing or promotional program.

Message Types & Frequency

Appointment Confirmation

Sent immediately after you book — one message per appointment booked.

Appointment Reminder

Sent 24 hours before your scheduled appointment — one message per appointment.

Additional Messages

Occasional transactional messages related to your services (rescheduling, cancellations, etc.)

Total Expected Frequency: Typically 2 SMS messages per appointment booking.

Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. RP Associates / Fortuna Tax & Advisory Corp does not charge any additional fees beyond standard carrier rates.
